I feel like my blog asks me this question each time I am in the midst of writing a post.
I’m waiting for the latest episode of Real Housewives of Atlanta to finish downloading and so I thought why not write a blog post while waiting.
Well before writing this post I was checking out the songs on Piece by Piece which is Kelly Clarkson’s latest album. ‘Second Wind’ and ‘Let Your Tears Fall’ are two of my personal favourites. I haven’t heard every single song but I skimmed through the preview tracks on iTunes and then checked out the lyrics too. So, I think my analysis is pretty reliable.
Also while listening to these new tracks, I decided to revisit Thought Catalog. I used to frequent this site a lot more a few months back. But then as time passed, I could not really relate to the new articles and so I stopped. Going back now, I found an interesting article titled, 10 Things I Wish I Could Tell My Younger Self About Life And Growing Up and I would say it was a good read.
Anyway, it’s only been a month since my last post in February but it feels like a lot more time has passed. That is probably because of the heavy workload. Where I last left off, I had a total of 12 assignments left. Now, I only have two left and they are both due this week.
If I had to reflect on the past month, I would sound really cliche when I say that it’s been a roller coaster ride but that’s the truth. I know clearly that there were ups and downs but I don’t really remember what I felt at the different points, much like a roller coaster ride. The people around me helped keep me sane if they weren’t adding to the stress and craziness of it all. So, it’s all good I guess?

The holidays start next week and they will last for almost two months. I know that I have one week that will be burnt by workshops and another that will be burnt by a camp. Other than that I’m pretty excited to see how the remainder of the holidays play out. I think a good balance between chilling at home and spending time out with friends and family would be ideal. It would be nice to try out something new and productive like volunteering with friends. Not too sure if they are up for that though. It has also been a really long time since I went bowling, so I really desperately want to bowl during the holidays. But I am fine with the usual activities like karaoke-ing and shopping and eating too.

There are a lot of other people I would hope to see more of during the holidays but I just used the latest pictures on my Twitter above. So, #NoShade. Will probably write a more detailed post about holiday plans in the coming week or the week after.
